Each Veloria Flowerbox arrangement is handmade and one of a kind. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@veloriaflowerbox.com and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we will offer either:
• a replacement item, or
• a refund to your original payment method.
Replacement Items
If a replacement is provided, it will be similar in style and value but may not be an exact replica of the original product due to the handmade and unique nature of our arrangements.
Product Variations
Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in arrangement details and color shades may occur.
Items that are not damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can correct the issue.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
