To preserve the crisp silhouette of each petal, display your arrangement in a cool, dry space, away from direct sunlight, steam, and excess humidity, as these conditions may cause gentle “dew,” softening, or changes in shape over time.  

Like all artisan luxury pieces, subtle variations and a natural patina may develop, reflecting the hand-crafted nature of your Flowerbox rather than a flaw. Please treat your Veloria Flowerbox with the same care you would give a fine candle or objet d’art; damage resulting from exposure to moisture, water, or heat is considered normal wear and is not eligible for replacement or refund.
